Under the covered pavilion, we organize both intimate gatherings and lively celebrations for up to 250 people. Your guests will be able to enjoy the beautiful natural surroundings.

The location of our festive inn at the Białowieski Hotel, surrounded by picturesque gardens and about 300m from the main hotel building, makes it an ideal place for an uninterrupted party until dawn. The covered, stylish inn on the "Tsar's Glade" is equipped with a professional kitchen facility, where chefs continuously prepare culinary specialties for you and directly serve them to guests during the wedding event. The shelter also has a full sanitary unit, so you do not have to worry about the comfort of your guests.
Wedding menu tailored to your needs
You have full control over customizing the menu to your own preferences. Over years of experience, we have created a base of our signature dishes, from which you make the final selection: the served soup and main dish, ten appetizers, two additional hot dishes served during the event, and three salads. The base price also includes a dessert table with coffee, tea, beverages, juices, homemade cake, and one of the desserts we offer in the form of portioned fruit mousses.
ADDITIONALLY
For an extra charge, we offer a rustic table with a selection of cold cuts and meats from our own smokehouse, accompanied by kvass and regional breads baked on horseradish leaves. You also have the option to offer your guests Podlachian Kitchen Specialties, such as Podlachian kartacze with cracklings, our fantastic pierogi in many flavors, or potato sausages.
We provide individual pricing for organizing a bonfire during the wedding with served roasted meat.
