Water Quality Measurement

Here you will breathe the cleanest air in Poland and immerse yourself in a pool with clear, transparent, and microbiologically safe water.

We are the only ones in Białowieża to treat our pool using the licensed Austrian Pola® system.
Thanks to this system, the exposure of our guests bathing in the pool to chlorine disinfection byproducts is reduced.
Another advantage is the elimination of the smell of chlorinated water and the absence of eye or skin irritation. Swimming in the pool becomes much more pleasant for both adults and the sensitive skin of our youngest guests.

In accordance with the regulation of the Minister of Health regarding water quality and for your safety, Białowieski Conference Wellness & Spa commissions the company Hamilton, located at Chwaszczyńska Street 180 in Gdynia, to schedule water sampling. All results are analyzed and presented to the appropriate supervisory authorities. In case of any discrepancies, tasks and preventive actions are undertaken. We inform you that every month the test results will be published on the Białowieski Hotel website, along with remedial measures in the event of non-compliance with standards. Current results are available for review at the SPA reception.

1. The last water quality assessment by the State District Sanitary Inspector in Hajnówka was issued on 19.01.2024, No. HK.045.14.2024
2. Based on the latest water quality tests carried out during the internal inspection on 23.10.2024, no exceedance of permissible sanitary standards was found.
3. Based on current observations, no visual water contamination has been detected, and there have been no fecal or vomiting incidents.
