The hotel reception acts as an intermediary in booking horse-drawn carriages, PTTK (Polish Tourist Country-Lovers' Society) guides in Bialowieza, entrance tickets to the Natural Forest Museum and the Bison Show Reserve.

Children's playroom - In the hotel's playroom, children can play together in the Bartnik's and Ornithologist's House and self-service store, slide down the slide into the ball pool, paint at the creative table or watch cartoons. We also thought of parents, providing them with comfortable poufs to sit by their little ones.

430 zł / day - price of 1 adult in a Business double room / in the Tsarskoe Suite***.
480 PLN / day - price of 1 adult in the Business LUX room
560 PLN / day - price of 1 adult in the Superior Suite
***Double-level suite - sold exclusively for 4 people.
In addition:
*170 zł / day - surcharge for single room.
Children up to 4 years of age sleeping in their parents' bed - free stay
180 PLN - child 4 -12 years sleeping on extra bed in parents' room
Guarded parking monitored round the clock - extra charge 25 PLN per day
In the period from 30.05 to 02.06.2024 only the above offer is valid
Implementation of all elements of the package is subject to applicable regulations and sanitary and epidemiological guidelines.
The hotel reserves the right to make changes in the case of top-down rules of operation.
The reservation is confirmed when the deposit of 40% is paid to the hotel's account within 3 days from the date of receipt of the reservation confirmation.
The deposit paid is not refundable in case of cancellation of the reservation.
In individual random cases, it is possible to apply in writing to the Directorate of the Hotel for crediting the paid deposit to another stay at the hotel Bialowieski.
